Union City, PA Alumni Association To promote good fellowship and a community spirit among graduates of the schools of Union City, PA. And to provide an adequate Homecoming event each year.

Parade Information for tomorrow.
All floats need to enter from West High St onto 3rd Avenue and proceed north to St. Teresa’s parking lot. Whether to be judged or not, all floats should be in the parking lot by 9:15 a.m. Judging will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Anyone assisting with carrying the flag is requested to be in the Presbyterian church parking lot by 10:30.
All other units for the parade are requested to enter from Second Avenue by the Warren Glenn Funeral Home and proceed to the Baptist Church where members of the Alumni Association will direct you to which avenue has your number in the parade line up. If you have any questions or concerns, please see an Association member in an alumni green shirt. Members will be on Second Ave and South St., Second Ave. and W. High St. and on Main St near the Water Authority office. Units should be in place by 10:15 a.m.
The Presbyterian church facilities will be open for restroom use during the parade lineup time.

A fun Homecoming weekend starts tomorrow night with the football game!! Saturday morning parade at 11 a.m. with a patriotic theme of America the Beautiful. Get in the mood, fly your flag, dress patriotic!!! Meet and Mingle at 4 p.m. at the Elementary School, and the Banquet at 6 p.m. at the Elementary School. Come out and enjoy all the weekend has to offer!!!

We would like to congratulate all the local businesses who participated in the Window Decorating Contest and say Thank You for all the time and effort you put into helping to make our Alumni feel welcomed home. Rumor has it that the voting is very close for the Cutest Baby Contest. Voting is open until Monday the 14th at 5:00 p.m. Be sure to cast your vote and watch for the winners in the parade!!! Remember 1 penny = 1 vote, $1. = 100 votes.
