📣Important Club Announcement 📣
Following todays impressive display & win David Kinnersley has decided to stepped down as manager of Forest Hall, following him advising the club of his intentions 6 weeks ago. It’s with regret we see David step down following the great work he has done both on & off the pitch over the past 3 season, guiding the team though covid, stabilising & improving the team building a squad which again became competitive whilst guiding the team to a 10th place finish last season. Off the pitch David ensured the team became sustainable in order to move forward.
David deserves a lot of credit for his tireless time, hard work & efforts as manager and we would like to thank David as he will continue to support the clubs committee which we are grateful for but also would wishing him all the best moving forward.
Following this news the club are pleased to announce that assistant manger Andy Taylor will be stepping up as Manager with both him and First team coach Josh Ray importantly providing continuity with the team. Both are young excellent coaches who have the drive and commitment to build on the improvements made over the past few years in taking the team forward.
Further announcements will be made over the coming weeks in relation to additions to coaching team.
A dominant display which the 1-0 score line doesn’t do justice could & should have been out of sight by half time & again second half missing a number of chances against a tough set of lads who never gave up
