Okay. Almost there. Little setback, but almost done. Couple more days of Lyme disease treatment and I'll be good. Looking at next week to start up summer throwing and hitting work for those interested. Massive gains this year. The numbers tell the story. Days and times coming by the weekend

Almost caught up with end of season and, well my lawn and such. Updates coming.
What a great night watching the Hitmen workout. A different pitcher every inning. The local boys held their own making some great plays, hitting the ball well, and Colin threw his inning very well and getting back into form. These guys are playing at the Elmira College field at the Holding Point. Free admission. Go have a great night watching the best game on earth and supporting our local boys.
Reminder of our open practice observational clinic with the Hitmen today. All welcome. 4 pm at the high school.

Date: June 3rd
Time: 4:00 pm
Location: Campbell Savona High School Baseball Fields
Come join us at our last practice of the year. We are having an open observational clinic of fundamentals and mechanics as the Hitmen workout and come together as a summer team. The team features Panthers Nolan Jamison and Colin Klemann along with some other local players. They join others from across the country and even some international players to compete in the NYCBL. This is an open session to observe all aspects of the game highlighted by and inter-squad scrimmage at the end. Everybody welcome. Hope to see you there!

Remembering all those that have fought and died to protect us and allow us to play the greatest game on earth.
I always hate this time of year. After the last game is over. At the start of this season we had a lot of young players inexperienced at their levels of play. Yesterday, we took ten players into their first ever Sectional game. A lot of nerves to say the least. While we lost to a more experienced team, what emerged is what I call the year from Oz approach. We worked on the Tin man, the Cowardly Lion, and the Scarecrow. Heart, brain, and courage. Many of the new players are afraid to fail. The why is that they have to learn it's okay to fail as long as they get back up and try again. Worrying that you are going to fail actually creates a higher rate of failure. Having the heart to take control and put we before me is another big part of the puzzle. Too much emphasis is put on individualism over what is best for the team. We worked on that even after the last out. The brain, that is all about learning the essential moving parts of the game. There was a ton of learning that needed to happen. Positions prioritized as the season progressed. A lot of blocks laid to build a new group of talented young men to return next year and compete. It's as simple as playing catch with them. Encouraging them to swing a bat. Keep good habits. We're working on scheduling some off-season workouts to supplement the fact that there aren't many local options left for summer ball. They all know what they need to work on. Panthers Baseball is on its way back.
Varsity Update: More Information
Buses and spectators should pull into our campus off Fairbanks Road and head towards the back. Teams can be dropped off at our ticket booth on the right side of the road near our track/stadium field. Teams will then walk down the walkway and go behind our concession stand to reach the baseball field. Buses should then continue straight and park behind our high school in the Door 42 vicinity.
Spectators can park anywhere they find a spot in the lots across from our ticket booth and walk to the game using the same path above.
We are hosting the Monroe County track championships on this day as well which is scheduled to wrap up around 4-4:30pm. Due to this, it may be very busy when you all arrive. We are also hosting other baseball, softball, and lacrosse games that day/evening so it will be a bit congested with parking and people in the area.
We will have spectator bleacher seating behind home plate.
Our concession stand will likely be open and the bathrooms are connected to the concession stand
