🌞 Stay Safe in the Summer Heat! 🌞

High temperatures can be dangerous. Heat stroke is a medical emergency that requires immediate action.

⚠️ Know the warning signs:
🌡️ Body temperature above 103°F
😵 Confusion or altered mental state
🔥 Hot, red, dry, or damp skin
💓 Rapid, strong pulse
🤢 Nausea or vomiting
🚨 Loss of consciousness

If you suspect someone is experiencing heat stroke:
✅ Call 911 immediately.
✅ Move them to a cooler place.
✅ Cool them with cold water, wet towels, or ice packs on the neck, armpits, and groin.
✅ Do not give them anything to drink if they are unconscious or confused.
❤️ If they become unresponsive and are not breathing normally, begin CPR if you are trained, and continue until emergency responders arrive.
