BEHIND THE JOURNEY | Who Do We Help?

When people hear "travel advisor", vacations are usually the first thing that comes to mind.

And yes, we LOVE planning a beautiful vacation. 💜

But Twin Flame Travel has grown to serve so much more.

From couples, families, friends and solo travelers to group travel, celebrations, businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, alumni and community organizations, sometimes the reason for traveling looks completely different.

Our job is to understand why you're going, what matters to the people involved, and what needs to happen to bring everyone together.

✔️Different travelers.
✔️Different reasons.
✔️Different destinations.
⭐The same Twin Flame care.

So the next time you're at work, church, a family gathering, an organization meeting, or simply talking to someone who says:

"We need to get everybody somewhere..." We hope Twin Flame Travel comes to mind. 😉

Travel Tip: Paid-in-full may still require money at check-in

Many hotels and resorts place an incidental hold or deposit on your card at arrival, even when your room and vacation package have already been paid.

That money may cover items such as room charges, damage, dining outside your package, minibar purchases, or other incidentals.

Before traveling:
✔️Know the hotel's deposit/hold policy.
✔️Use a card with enough available credit.
✔️Ask how much will be held and whether it's per night or per stay.
✔️Ask how long the release typically takes after checkout.

Twin Flame Tip: Don't plan your vacation budget assuming every dollar in your available balance will remain available during the trip.

💜Your peace is our priority.

BEHIND THE JOURNEY | The Office Travels Too

One thing about running Twin Flame Travel...

We've learned how to set up just about anywhere. 😂

At home. On the road. In a hotel. And yes, even from our RV.

Because while our clients are traveling, we're still here and available 24/7.

Behind every itinerary are confirmations, updates, supplier conversations, research, reservation details, last-minute questions, follow-ups, and plenty of things our travelers may never see.

And sometimes, travel doesn't go exactly according to plan.

That's when another part of our job becomes especially important: We advocate.

We've made calls, sent emails, tracked down answers, worked with hotels and suppliers, and helped resolve concerns, all while life was happening wherever we happened to be.

That's why booking the trip isn't where our relationship with our clients ends.

We remain engaged through the journey.

We don't need our travelers worrying about every moving piece behind the scenes.

That's our job.

So yes, sometimes Twin Flame Travel headquarters has four walls... and sometimes it has wheels. 😂💜

Travel Tip: Choose Your Travel Partners Wisely!

Liking someone doesn't automatically mean you'll travel well together.

Before sharing a room, or even a trip, talk about how you actually like to travel.

One person may think: “We're only sleeping in the room. Who cares?”

While the other thinks: “My hotel room is part of my vacation.”

Neither person is wrong; however, that's something you want to discover before you're splitting the cost of a room. You don't have to travel the same way, but you do need to understand each other's expectations.

Twin Flame Tip: Sometimes paying a little more for separate rooms is cheaper than paying with your peace. 😂

💜Your peace is our priority.

BEHIND THE JOURNEY | Let's Connect

Twin Flame Travel doesn't always happen behind a desk.

Sometimes we're working from home. Sometimes we're on the road. Sometimes we're sitting across the table from a client. And sometimes we're answering emails with a glass of w**e nearby. 😂

But wherever we're working, one thing remains the same: we want connecting with us to feel easy and personal.

You can reach Twin Flame Travel in several ways:

📞 Call or text: (919) 869-4232
📧 Email: [email protected]
🌐 Visit: www.twinflametravel.com
📅 Schedule a consultation: Link in comments

And something you may not know yet... In-person consultations are available upon request.

Sometimes a phone call or virtual meeting is perfect. Other times, you want to sit across the table, pull out your ideas, ask questions, and talk everything through together.

We're happy to meet you where you are.

Have something you've been thinking about? Let's talk.

The group chat is great for dreaming. It's terrible for managing the trip.

Planning group travel can quickly turn into 87 messages, five different budgets, three destination ideas, and someone who still hasn't answered the original question. 😂

Before anyone starts booking, agree on the basics:

* Who's actually going?
* What's the realistic budget?
* What dates work?
* What are the non-negotiables?
* Who is responsible for making decisions?

Then let one point person or Twin Flame Travel organize the moving pieces. A good group trip needs more than enthusiasm. It needs structure.

Twin Flame Tip: Set a deadline for everyone to commit. Planning around ten maybes is very different from planning for six confirmed travelers.

💜Your peace is our priority.

BEHIND THE JOURNEY | More Than a Vacation

Location: Casa Batlló by Gaudí In Spain

Travel has always meant more to us than simply going somewhere.

Some of our favorite memories together have happened because we stepped away from everyday life long enough to experience something new, reconnect, laugh, explore, and simply enjoy each other.

That's a big part of why Twin Flame Travel exists.

We wanted to create a company that helps other people make room for those moments, without carrying all of the stress that can come with planning them.

Whether we're helping plan a romantic getaway, family celebration, group experience, corporate retreat, or once-in-a-lifetime adventure, we never forget that there's a reason behind the trip.

That's the part we care about most. Because we're not just planning where you're going.

We're helping create space for what you want to experience when you get there.

💜Your peace is our priority.

Today's Travel Tip: Travel Should Feel Peaceful

The best vacations don't begin at the airport.

They begin with a thoughtful plan.

From choosing the right destination to navigating travel insurance and transportation, having someone in your corner can make all the difference.

If you're stressed, SOMETHING IS WRONG! Planning should be exciting, not overwhelming!

That's exactly why we are here. Your travel experience will be exciting, fun, and celebrated while we plan and schedule for you.

💜Your peace is our priority.

Today's Travel Tip: Airline Mobility

Download your airline's app BEFORE leaving home.

Many airline apps allow you to:

✔️ Check in
✔️ Receive gate changes
✔️ Track luggage
✔️ Receive delay notifications
✔️ Access your boarding pass

This small step can make travel day much smoother. Booking travel with Twin Flame Travel, you will always have someone there to assist 24/7 during your travel. Having someone in your corner, while you are catching up on some ZZzz's and spending times with love one's, will always make traveling better.

💜Your peace is our priority.
