Throwback to the early hustle days with Nicole, when we were saying yes to every trade show we could find, chasing connections, learning the industry, and having way too much fun along the way.
She’s sitting on the OG Torque Tank, and this picture still makes me smile because it captures exactly what we loved then and still love now: fitness, people, energy, and the joy of building something with heart.
We didn’t just show up to sell equipment. We showed up to connect, laugh, learn, and share our passion for movement with anyone who would stop by. Those days shaped so much of who we are today.
Grateful for the hustle, the friendships, the fun, and every moment that reminded us why we do what we do.

If you run a gym, this one’s for you. My clients objections aren’t “pushback” they’re usually a real-world constraint asking for a better plan.
Here are the big ones I hear (and how we work through them):
1) “It’s not in the budget right now.”
Totally fair. Cash flow matters. That’s why we offer leasing options and flexible purchase cycles so you can move forward without draining operating capital.
2) “We’re waiting to see if demand holds.”
Smart. Instead of stalling the entire project, we can phase it:
✅ start with the core revenue drivers (cardio/strength/functional)
✅ build out specialty pieces as membership grows
✅ align purchases to your peak seasons
3) “Financing feels complicated.”
It doesn’t have to be. We keep it clean: straightforward terms, clear monthly numbers, and a plan that matches your goals (new studio, refresh, expansion, multi-site, etc.).
4) “We don’t want to commit to the wrong equipment.”
Same. That’s why we focus on layout + member experience first- flow, durability, and what actually gets used, then choose equipment that fits your programming and your floorplan.
Bottom line: the objection is rarely “no.” It’s usually “help me make this make sense.”
If you’re trying to grow without overextending, I’ve got options.
We’ve got you! DM us to get started today. We can’t wait to serve you.

If you’re new here: I’m all about showing up with heart, building confidence, and keeping my circle full of people who push me to be better. I’m big on consistency, big on community, and even bigger on celebrating women who GO AFTER IT.
Which brings me to my fellow Elite, bombshell of a friend… Elizabeth 🔥I’ve loved her since the second we met!
She’s one of the best Territory Managers in Minnesota and I genuinely couldn’t be more proud. Watching her level up has been such a reminder that when you stay focused, stay humble, and keep moving even when it’s hard… doors open.
Elizabeth, you’re the definition of driven + magnetic + built for more. Minnesota is lucky to have you.
Drop a 🖤 for Liz in the comments - let’s hype her up the way she deserves.

Some of you don’t know this: I filed for divorce in 2023. In 2024 it was finalized. A month later, I started dating a guy I met at Toastmasters… we got married in September. And now, we’re pregnant, expecting our first baby in June. 🤍
While my personal life was being rebuilt, my business exploded. I’m beyond grateful for my friends and family, for every vendor and client who trusts us, and for the install teams we partner with across the country. You’ve made it possible for me to do what I love every day.
Here’s the real surprising turn: when everything felt like it was falling apart, I surrendered it to God. He carried me through the darkest nights and the longest days—opening doors I couldn’t have opened on my own.
I’m thankful for the hard stuff because it taught me how to cherish the good stuff. If you’re in a season of unraveling, keep going. Beauty is being built, even when you can’t see it yet.

Meet the real executive team at Empathy Fitness: Chloe & Walter. They oversee laptop naps, enforce walk breaks, and remind me that every gym should feel as good as it functions. Does your pet think they’re the CEO too?
