One of the biggest misconceptions about healthy eating is that it has to be complicated.

It doesn't.

Most nights, I'm not creating elaborate recipes or spending hours in the kitchen. I'm taking ingredients I enjoy, combining them in a way that feels satisfying, and moving on with my evening.

That's why I love bowls like this one.

Memorial Day weekend is officially here 😊

Hydration just feels different in the summer 💧

Real life isn’t perfect…and it’s not supposed to be.

This past week was full—family in town, graduation celebrations, good food, and a lot of moments worth enjoying.

And right alongside all of that, I still made space for nourishment.

Not by being rigid. Not by saying no to everything. But by building meals that support me in between it all.

That’s what balance looks like.

And funny enough, the salads ended up being one of the biggest hits.

It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Take what you enjoy and build it in a way that works for you ❤️

I’ve been a little quiet this past week, and for good reason ❤️

Between celebrating this moment right here, welcoming family and friends, and still showing up for my kindergartner, I was completely full…in the best way.

And honestly, a little worn out too.

Sometimes life asks you to pause, and be fully present.

But this?

This was worth every bit of it.
