✨Mobility Bingo✨
For the next Mobility Bingo is the Minditude to Gratitude exercise. It’s a simple way of adding gratitude into your life no matter how small it is.
We won’t be able to receive what we want in the future if we can’t be grateful for the things we have in our lives now.
Try this exercise for 30 days and see if you feel a difference.

Thank you everyone that attended the webinar today! Hopefully you took away some helpful tips to help reduce your pain.
If you weren’t able to make it, below is a quick recap.
Your brain’s #1 priority is survival. It will do anything to keep your body safe and sometimes that means sending pain signals to keep you from going into a certain position.
Then we utilized the homunculus man (google to see if your brain was a person how it would look) and how why we perform the sensory warmup before movement.
Then we stressed the importance on taking proper assessments and really understanding your body.
