It’s been a while since I have posted!
I have decided to do more online/virtual training with everything going on.

I have been so bad about getting pictures lately! A lot has changed I’ve moved clients to mornings only from now on and I’ve been loving it.

Stretching… it’s a love hate relationship. I have come to realize not stretching is really messing with my body. My goal is to keep myself and clients flexible and comfortably from now on.
