A great read to help those starting a taxidermy career or struggling to refine your business. This is a tuff business, especially if your fulltime. This book shows how to avoid the many mistakes made to fail and sound advise to achieve success.
Thank you Jesse Palmer for teaching the scoring seminar today! We've got a few new certified in our state and our shop to score locally and everything from around the world. And much information about different scoring in 2022....alot is changing. Also get your turkeys scored and entererd in the books.....Sweet!

We're just 1 week away! Get signed up and get your $50 deposit to Jesse. We'll also have some lunch on the bbq. Everyone is welcome! And if your just wanting to attend and not become an official scorer, just learn and be a part of the fellowship......cost is only the $50 deposit ( expenses for Jesse flying here from Texas). He's a great big book of knowledge on local and around the world scoring, African hunts, the business end of taxidermy and processing. We've got our employee Dereck signed up to be a certified scorer for our shop.
Thanks!
Oooh ooh that smell!
Wraped in plastic for a few days sitting in the sun.
Saturday, March 20th at 9am to 1pm our club is hosting an event....awesome!
4077 W. Fairmount ave. here in our sunny state of Phoenix, Az.
After talking with Jesse I can hardly wait to meet him in person. He's an owner of a taxidermy studio, a meat processor an has an African guide service. Also has been around a few years and is a book of knowledge to learn from. Very interesting and great to talk to. He also has a book about the business of taxidermy, great for those getting into the business and already at it. Hope he brings a few copies because just in 20mins of talking to him I learned a few things I'm applying to my business. We'll get him back here to put on other seminars to...like I said, he's a book of knowledge and has many years of experience in many areas. Thanks & God Bless!
Ice age cave bear cub skeleton put together to be climbing on the wall. Very delicate operation working on this awesome piece, appx. 2000 BC. from Siberia.

God Bless!
A tip for you new and learning bird taxidermist.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone from us! May your day be blessed.
It's amazing how our club is still growing & the people coming together to share techniques, learn, making friends & growing our fellowship in our state of the industry of taxidermy. The virus really put a damper on alot of things but we're still making it happen! You are the club...keep it up! Thanks!
A salute goes out to all my brother & sister veterans today!
This is a young man from Gilbert, Az. His elk will be up to mount at one of our club event/seminars. His whole experience, guided hunt, tanning, supplies and taxidermy all donated & sponsored by Hunt of a Lifetime...and an awesome bunch of people in between. We'll keep you posted on a mounting date as soon as it comes back from the tannery. Come join in and be part of our giving to the community and learn taxidermy & share taxidermy techniques with our growing fellowship here in sunny Arizona
We had 4 people show up today & 1 box of doughnuts delivered from one of you out there that couldn't make it....thanks!
More pics on a later date when this gentleman gets his deer.
Made from pictures to create a trophy mount for a very special hunter. Today we'll mount it up...so come on by if you want to be part of our new and growing club. We will be adhering to our state guidelines because of the virus...but like many states across the country that continued with their competitions through these troubled times..."The Show Must Go On!"
Next Saturday, October 17th, at 9am till finished, we'll be mounting up this muley for Catch A Dream Foundation. Come and get in on helping, learning or just hang out. All are welcome!
We'll be at Frank James Artistry's new shop with plenty of room for everyone.
Crazy thing about this buck, it was lost after the hunt by this man with a life threatening illness. I don't know all the details exept that the taxidermist lost his trophy...everything! So we had to re-create the horns from pictures & get a donated cape to get this project going. It's an honor and a privilege to be able to donate to such an awesome organization...so come on over & get involved. We'll fire up the bbq for some hot dogs or something. Any donation of drinks, snacks or whatever you want are welcome. Cost nothing to attend but your time......thanks!

I'll get more info out on scheduling and opportunities to be part of our growing fellowship soon.
It won't be to much longer that our club will be doing seminars & classes of all kinds of taxidermy stuff. We're close to getting a large area to host our projects. Lots of great things coming soon! I've got jobs for many coming up also! Thanks for the continued support!
