It takes a lot of passion and hard work to continually grow in your profession.
This past weekend I was reminded how much I love being a student. Learning new skills and fixing some bad habits, meeting likeminded people and re-energizing me to be the very best I can be for my clients.
Degrees and certifications matter. They matter not in a way of showing off to others but in a way that keeps you (the professional) accountable.
I didn’t have to get a masters degree in order to complete these certifications, but I did because I needed to make teaching certification In health education permanent.
That master’s degree opened up my world to the idea that exercise and nutrition isn’t just about an aesthetic. It taught me how valuable healthy living is, that it is a form of medicine and can heal people.
All of that knowledge lead me to pursuing all the other certifications you see.
And with those certs comes many many hours of continuing education to keep me up-to-date. This field is constantly changing and if you don’t keep up-you can give miss information or worse you could end up hurting someone.
As a coach it’s my responsibility to keep all of my clients informed and injury free, and I do not take that job lightly.
So to all of you out there bettering yourselves, striving for greatness - don’t give up. Keep it up. You and your clients are worth it.

I left corporate wellness knowing venturing on my own would be hard work (and it is) but also rewarding (and it is). One of the biggest “perks” is getting to work where ever I want! This is today’s office. My schedule is my own. My days off are approved by me. My paycheck is a direct reflection of how much effort and time I spend and I can tweak that as I see fit. The money I make goes directly to me and my dreams. Being self employed + a entrepreneur is a journey worth taking 🖤
✨ What are you dreams?
✨ Where do you want your office to be?
✨ What is stopping you from making the leap?
💯
Me 😂💪
What a fantastic message to start my day!
Hard work always always always pays off, even if the reward isn’t immediate it IS HAPPENING! To all my clients (past present and future) keep pushing! I’m so proud of you ⚡️💪🏼
I typically do protein overnight oats for breakfast but I decided to change it up this week! I also needed to up the carbs because I plan on having some longer workouts this week 🥵
I made 7 of these bowls in 20 minutes because I had grilled chicken leftover. Meal prepping doesn’t have to be hard. I promise you!
3 oz. grilled chicken
3/4 cup fat free refried beans
1/4 cup sautéed (EVOO) peppers and onions
1/4 cup non salted corn
1 whole wheat tortilla (8”)
1 TBS sour cream
Obscene amount of jalapeño poblano Cholula hot sauce
55g C
8g F
30g P
13g Fiber
I love my clients!
I am so thankful that I choose this career path. I get to help people feel better…
💪🏼 Physically
❤️Emotionally
🧠 Mentally
And it’s not something I take for granted either. I absolutely love watching my clients transform into their best self. I, in the process am flooded with feeling of joy, love and gratitude.
The saying is true “do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.”
To and all my other clients who have become life long friends, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me and taking me along on your health and wellness journey 🤟🏼
Meal prepping doesn’t have to be a drag! And it doesn’t have to take you all day!
These chicken and sweet potato bowls took about 25 minutes to prep and in total 45 min to cook and put together.
IG, TIKTOK, FB all have amazing recipes to try and I think trying something new is great, but If you are pressed for time or easily get overwhelmed by cooking start simple!
Not sure how many calories or macros you need?! Send me a message! I’d love to help you figure out what your body needs based on the goals that you have!
Share any of your own meal prepping tips here 👇🏼 anything to make things easier amiright?!
The time IS now. Yesterday is in the rear view and tomorrow isn’t here yet. Focus on the present moment and remember the next minute could be the one where you make a change that will impact you in ways you couldn’t even dream of.
Don’t have the commitment to your goals that you so badly want to achieve?! Start right now. Right freaking now. Don’t wait for tomorrow don’t wait till the next Monday, don’t wait till the next holiday is over. Start right now.
You don’t have to be perfect but you do have to try.
And if you blunder (which you will, we ALL do) start again. Start it again right now.
You are worth it. You should be a priority. You need to do things for yourself. You are not being selfish.
The time is now.
Come join us August 1st @ 7:30 pm EST for the easiest cooking class you’ll ever be a part of!!
These summer rolls are…
•Delicious
•Nutritious
•Easy to make
•Inspire creativity
•No mess
Take the stress out of cooking and learn how simple incorporating more veggies in to your daily diet can be!
Spot on! Always focus on HEALTH before anything else. Diets are wack I promise you! I’ve tried just about all of them to be left defeated and frustrated. Enjoy living your life and incorporate healthy habits daily! It’s not about all or nothing!
Focus on what will HEAL you and you will feel (and subsequently look) fantastic 😍
Cool client alert 😎
It’s FRIDAY! TBH it’s been a rough week. Not because of work but because I have been sick with a non covid cold 😡 which turned into laryngitis 🥴
Luckily I do not get sick often, in fact the last time I was sick and had to take time off from work (allergies don’t count 🤪) was November 2020 (Covid got a grip on me). Sooo I’d say that’s pretty good!
I can tell you why too. It’s no mystery. Every day I put this into practice.
* eat 4-5 servings (that’s cups) of veggies
* eat 2-3 servings of fruit
* on top of that I eat Juice Plus EVERY day (that’s over 30 more different fruits and veggies)
*drink a gallon of water
* I get at least 10 minutes of UVB light and take 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 (the studies on D are amazing so talk to your HCP and find out how much you need)
*sleep whenever I can and usually get 8-9 hours a night or I nap if I don’t.
*10k (+) steps per day
*3-4 x a week of moderate strength training
It’s not a difficult list, but it is a commitment. A commitment every day to put my health first. That list gets done before many, many other things. Some days I want to skip or half ass it but I quickly remember how “unfun” being sick is.
Do yourself a favor and find ‘your how to be and stay healthy list.’ You don’t have to do them all at once. Pick one and slowly incorporate other habits and pretty soon you’ll be accomplishing them all.
Also and how about a campaign highlighting us everyday women 💪🏼

How do you like to prepare for the week?
Do you make to-do lists?
Do you set any goals?
Do you use a special system to keep yourself on track?
I’m obsessed with my paper planner (yes I still use pencil + paper). The physical checking off the list makes me insanely happy!
Fun fact, it’s been scientifically proven that there is a neurological response and dopamine release when crossing off a “to-do” item!
So what are your goals? How do you like to prepare for the week ahead? I’d love to know.

Highly Motivated⚡️Functionally Caffeinated
Hey all! Meet my friend + client
This beautiful soul and I have been training (virtually- thank you ) together for about 5 months now with our bestie 💪🏼 👯♀️
I absolutely love (it’s honestly why I do what I do) when clients feel the benefits of exercising consistently. Even sweeter is when they can feel better post injury.
“Training with Jen/HM⚡️FC has been an amazing experience. Ever since I herniated my lumbar discs (lower back injury) about 2 years ago, it has been a difficult journey getting back to the "me" I once was. I felt as though I would never recover or find a safe way to exercise again.
But then I started training with Jen. Everything changed! She is patient, kind, supportive and creates client specific work outs. This is the closest I have ever felt to being myself since the injury.
She pushes me to go beyond my mental/physical limitations. I know I will reach my goals with her training. Its the first time in a long time im seeing results and I only wish I started sooner! “
I’m not crying your crying! 😭 Thank you Mijon! I am so proud of you and your hard work!!
When you ask yourself what do I want to get out of my career, or how do I want to feel after a days work are you saying things like…
Pride
Valued
Heard
Respected
Fulfillment
Joy
Encouraged
If you aren’t saying these words or getting those feels, wouldn’t you like too?
I didn’t think by partnering up with an online nutrition business would bring me all that and more. But It has and I feel incredibly blessed to be helping others while growing professionally in a supportive and nurturing environment.
In less than 3 years I’ve been able to reach the top leadership and commission level within this company.
Since joining this business I have been gifted with the platform to help others achieve optimal health which has and is a lifelong passion of mine, all the while building my own financial security. There is truly no other company that cares more about disease prevention, science + facts and the people who share their products.
If you are looking for a change, an addition, a total overhaul let’s chat! I’d love to introduce you to a life you
never thought possible.
Let’s talk about YOUR health… and your families, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and your 5th cousin twice removed.
Everyone and I mean EVERYONE needs to hear about this. Listen in. Best 5 minutes of your day 📣👂🏻🤪
Highly Motivated⚡️Functionally Caffeinated
What are you passionate about?!
Finding things you love to do is a sure way to keep you motivated and young at heart.
I have a real passion for not only working out but also … shelling 🐚
Finding treasures on the shores is something I’ve been been doing since I was a little girl. My Dad would take me down to the water on Lake Erie and we would find tons and tons of beautiful beach glass and seashells. Now that I am in Florida I’ve been able to go to a lot of different beaches and find treasures. I love learning the different names of them, where you can find them, what kind of critter used to use them as their home. I love finding the perfect glass container to show them off in too.
I’d love to hear about your passions and hobbies 😍
As always, stay
