Call me a conspiracy theorist but…
There are other ways besides the vaccine to defend against the virus.

Mask up, get the jab, keep 6 feet distance
BUT also, exercise, eat better, get sunlight, take vitamins, build your stress threshold, lift weights… and I promise you’ll be harder to kill 🙂

A 2 month period. -

Up 5+ lbs of muscle
-
Down -3.4% body fat
- here’s the kicker, I gained weight :-)
-
Didn’t change much of how I ate and what I ate… all I did was go a bit longer fast between breakfast and dinner.
-
No snacking
-
And more carbs :-)

Staying within the normal parameters/principles and training style of mainstream fitness can only take you so far.
-
If you want to be functional, adaptable, resilient then you have to train that way.
-
Can your body handle weird and awkward positions and movements?
-
Can you handle tasks that your body has never been exposed to?
-
How much do you fear “bad form” with “heavy weight”?

Makes me sad that people are being judged by others for the choices that they make… that we have a group of people who think they’re better than others because they made certain decisions and took certain actions.

But don’t detach physical and mental strength.

They live together.
-
Strong humans are more likely to express emotions and aren’t scared to (to some degree)
-
Fragile humans are more likely to hide behind their emotions and are scared to express them- out of fear of showing weakness in this world of dog eat dog.
