The thing is

Safety and foundations are in the lower chakras

Without the connection to our lower chakras
Without a strong foundation and communication with our selves
All the knowledge, wisdom, and vision of the upper chakras can not manifest for us.

Without a strong foundation, anchored in the Earth plane through our body temple,
It is only thought and energy.

A beautiful focal point tile to draw your eye all the way in. Flooring laid to push out the sides making it feel wider. Matte Black finishes to add contrast and drama punctuating the design. Clean lines and simple elements keep it fresh.

Small bathrooms are a game of inches. At 4' wide and 7'5" deep originally, it was tight. I added 27" of unused space from the master bedroom and grabbed 10" from the master closet to recess the toilet. This opened up the walkway and allowed for a 48" wide vanity!

And my client says "It feels like I am showering at a hotel!"

Now, that's the way to get the day started!

Been talking with my Ego because it has been loud lately.

🍥Cutting into things that bring me joy.
🍥Tearing down things that fulfill me.
🍥Bringing logic into things that are meant to flow.
🍥Forcing Masculine energy over Feminine energy.

And instead of berating my ego. Telling it to take a hike, and arguing with it. I have created a new method of engaging with my ego.

🦋I give it compassion. I give it love. I take it by the hand and tell it we are safe here.

Because the ego wants to keep us safe. Protect us from negativity, protect us from backlash, from unkind comments, from death.

🦋So, now, I offer my hand. I hear it as a message that I do not feel safe right now. And in that moment, I can shift the ego by telling it I am safe. That this is safe now. Even if it wasn't before, even if it is new. And together, we get to be in the moment.

No longer the ego vs our soul.

🦋Unified so the Ego can enforce our boundaries and we can acknowledge the warning that is intended to keep us safe and measure the moment for ourselves from a secure place.

It is time that we retaught our ego what safe is.
