Before heading out to fish Florida's saltwater, stop by your local West Marine to pick up your identifier, or visit one of the other official pickup locations listed on the STAR website. It must be visible in your catch photos for your submission to qualify through the iAngler Tournament System App.

The Guy Harvey Foundation Youth Scholarship Division presented by Realtree Fishing encourages anglers ages 6–17 to get outdoors, practice responsible fishing, and compete for scholarship opportunities while enjoying Florida’s saltwater fisheries.

To participate, anglers must be current CCA New Tide members in good standing, meet the age requirements as of May 23, 2026, and catch their competition entry using rod, reel, hook, and line.
