If you love a Reese’s peanut butter cup, you have to try out these healthy, chocolate dipped, powder peanut butter balls.

Powdered peanut butter cuts out most of the oils, leaving you with a low-fat, high-protein peanut flavored powder.

These 3 ingredient- no bake chocolate peanut butter balls can be made in under 25 minutes. Just grab a bowl, a spoon, a baking sheet your ingredients and you’re ready to go.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (96g) powdered peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (85g) unsweetened, applesauce
- 1/3 cup (60g) chocolate chips
Directions:
-Combine powdered peanut butter and unsweetened applesauce in a bowl and stir until a dough like consistency forms.
- Next scoop 1 teaspoon (18g) into the palm of your hands and roll into a ball. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Repeat until you have made 10 balls.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 10 minutes to allow PB balls to set.
- While your PB balls are in the freezer melt your chocolate chips.
- Remove PB balls from freezer and dip each ball in melted chocolate.
- place back on baking sheet and put in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy!!
