Hey everyone! The weather definitely ended up being fine. We’d like everyone to come out to zilker at 9am and depending how many people we get will determine how long practice will be. I know it’s last minute but if you aren’t doing anything please come out and let’s grind together 💃🏽💃🏽

Wildstyle Ultimate
TRACK WORKOUT
1. Ladder: If you don't have one then do a sprint ladder. (sprint, sprint/backpedal, and shuffle)
2. 4- 200s
3. 8- 100s: Place a cone roughly 30 meters from the starting line. You should start slow and build speed hitting you top speed at the cone and keeping that speed through the finish line
4. Circuit workout: planks, jump rope, squat jumps. (1m x 4)
