The sun is still shining, and not just outside the studio!  We can feel those rays bringing the heat hotter than ever inside too! Must be this next milestone - Stacy just took her 100th class! 💯That’s basically one class for every degree it feels like in the Sweat studio. 😂 And can you say IN A FLASH?! In less than 7 months, this amazing lady has locked in and crushed this milestone in record time! Not only have we all been alongside her for the ride, but the sweetest part of this story is that Stacy gets to sweat it out on the mat next to her niece Amani. 👯‍♀️ We LOVE a motivational family bond. Stacy - whether we ask you to hold a plank a little longer, grab the heavier weights or push through a grueling combo all the way to the end we can always count on you to face each challenge head on. 💪🏻Your consistency, commitment, and determination are truly inspiring! Congratulations on 100 classes, you baddie! We’re so lucky to have you!

Is the weather getting cold? We hadn’t noticed because our milestones are HOTTER than ever! 🔥 Let’s hear it today for Kylie for absolutely killing her 250th class! It still feels like summer to us! ☀️  We raved about Kylie’s enthusiasm when she hit her first milestone in less than a year and she’s done it again - friends. In nine months this busy Nurse has managed to get here sometimes even after her shift! K is obviously for KOMMITTED!😏 And she’s still full of energy, she still looks like she just walked out of the pages of a magazine and she’s still rocking those adorable matching sets. She makes it look easy even when we know she’s working hard. 🥵 Kylie, we are so happy to be celebrating you again!! You are such a joy to have in class and watching your devotion to yourself and our community has been the sweetest thing. We cannot wait to see you continue to crush it as we work toward that next big milestone! 🥰Cheers to you, babe! 250 looks GOOD on you!  Next stop — 500! 250

We are all holding tight to the summer days that seem to be winding down but what never seems to wind down is how hard our members work! 💪🏻And speaking of - Kimberly just killed this first milestone - 100 classes! Kimberly is kind and quiet and polite but when it comes to class you better watch out because on the mat she is focused and relentless and FIERCE. 😤 We think that is a perfect combo! And speaking of combos  - she is mastering every one with what seems like endless motivation.  Kimberly,  it’s been a treat getting to know both sides of you over these past 100 classes. You deserve to be celebrated today. 🥳The 100 class milestone is always exciting to reach and we are so proud of you! Congratulations! Next up - 250!
