Health & Fitness New Year's Resolution Tip
If you're looking to change how your body looks, the scale BY ITSELF is the worst way to measure progress.
The number on the scale only tells part of the story and can hide other progress.
If you want to use the scale, also use photos, circumference measurements, and how your clothes fit.

If you're new to working out or want something more sustainable for your New Year's resolution, here's a better way to start improving your physical health:
1) Eat at maintenance calories
2) Eat enough protein (.7g/ lb of bodyweight)
3) Strength train 3 days per week
This is enough of an improvement in the way many people eat and move that you will notice changes in a few weeks.
Worry about optimizing once these 3 things become habits.

"I 1000% recommend Center Circle Fitness. David has been such a pleasure to work with. He is an incredible knowledge base for how to body works and what you as his client needs to do in order to reach your exercise goals. I have been training for almost 7 months. I began working from home at the beginning of covid and sitting at my desk all day everyday wreaked havoc on my muscles and joints. Since I've started working with David, my joints have never felt better and I have so much more freedom and mobility. In addition to the physical gains, David is very skilled at teaching me about my body and how it works as a system, which is fulfilling for me. He always checks in to see how I am feeling with the workouts and makes a genuine investment in my needs as a client. Training with him is the best decision I've made in my fitness journey so far."
We are so grateful to produce positive IMPACT in our clients' lives.
Our mission is to help our clients restore their bodies and experience the freedom and strength they deserve! We believe our unique methods produce superior results!

Consistency > Intensity.
Perfectionism is just self-flagellation with extra steps.
Raise your floor before trying to raise your ceiling. The things you can be consistent with are the things that will be sustainable for you.
Taking on too much too soon is a recipe for burning out and starting back at square one.
Our approach of small, meaningful changes done over a longer period of time allows you to build new habits while building confidence in your new routine.
Take it one step at a time. Play the long game. Be consistent. Be persistent.
