“My coach called me out so I thought I would do a full post on my personal PR from this weekend ☺️Day 2PR1 strict press with 28kg/62lb bell🔥1 min later strict press with 32kg/70lb failThen I got scolded for not holding my breath 🤣1 min later set of 7 push presses with 32kg/70lbsDay 3Set of 3 push presses with 32kg/70lbsNow, I have never push pressed the 70lb bell more than once before and I didn’t include the first video in my last post because I used my Left hand as a support and it looked to me like I cheated on couple reps without realizing it during the set. However, push presses without the L hand was a significant PR for me🎉 and 7 even with a little bit of assistance was insane 🤯My skeleton literally feels different after this weekend. I am so excited to use this work on myself more and with my clients🏆”
