Yoga Legacy will be offering an 18 hour Senior Yoga training at Clubworx in Fuquay Varina on 9/27-9/29. Friday evening training from 6:00PM-8:00PM. Saturday and Sunday training hours are 8:30AM-4:430PM. Training includes chair yoga and common conditions found in this population also included in the manual for reference after training.

This is a growing population attending yoga classes at gyms, yoga studios and Senior Living Communities which are popping up all over the area. Training is limited to 6 participants with 2 spots currently remaining.
