Our Martial Arts Systems encompass, all 3 main levels of fight/defend and much more…

1. Stand up: Punch, Block, Kick and weapons are used in this aspect of fighting. We have systems and techniques that teach you how to handle these type of situations very decisively and effectively. We are NOT using sports techniques which is avid on the web.

2. The Grab: The fight often  transitions to this level but start or transition our systems and techniques are designed to quickly and efficiently end the attack. These are addressed with punch, joint locks, throws , chocks, pressure points, escapes, body movements and weapons

3. The Ground: This is a final aspect of where fights/attacks can lead too. Some of the ground techniques are last resort because you can become vulnerable to multi attackers. Our techniques cover both aspects of ground with the focus on NOT getting tied up and trapped where multiple attackers would finish you off .

Seiko Dojo uses old very effective set of techniques that are not taught openly to everyone. We teach semi private which means more one on one time with the teachers. We do not use contracts
