Online client Bucky getting a posing session in today. We are 8 weeks out from the Chattanooga Fit Expo, and Bucky is leaning out like crazy. His body is responding well, and I can’t wait to see the final product.

This weekend didn’t go as planned. We ended up placing 4th in Open Men’s Physique, but regardless of the placing, I’m proud of all the hard work Jordan has put in. We aren’t done yet we want more. We have 6 weeks to come back even better for the next show!

Working on some classic posing with my client Phillip here. If you look on the right, his lat is slightly hidden, and he was having trouble engaging it in this photo. With a few tweaks, I was able to bring his lat out, and as you can see on the left, he looks noticeably bigger as well. This just goes to show that if you’re posing incorrectly, it can affect how you look on stage it’s all about how you present your physique.

Client Melanie’s offseason is coming to a close. She has absolutely crushed it, consistently pushing through 3+ leg days per week, and we’ve made significant improvements to her quads and glutes. This has been a long offseason, but she stayed locked in with her nutrition and has shown up for herself and stayed focused on her goals even on the tough days.
We’re now transitioning from the offseason into prep, with plans to step on stage in late fall 2026.
Excited to see everything come together.

Being a great trainer isn’t just about knowing one lane it’s about being versatile and understanding that every client comes in at a different level, with different goals, different struggles, and a different starting point.
Last weekend I had the opportunity to coach at a DEKA and Spartan competition in Alabama, and it was a reminder of how important it is to keep growing, learning, and adapting. From beginners pushing their limits to seasoned competitors chasing performance, it challenged me to think differently and expand how I coach.
As a trainer, you’ve got to be willing to wear different hats coach, motivator, teacher, and sometimes even student. That’s where real growth happens.
Stay open. Stay evolving. That’s how you become better for the people who trust you with their journey.

October ➡️ March transformation 🔥
Locked in and consistent—noticeable fat loss through the waist and midsection, tighter core, and improved overall shape while keeping strong legs and glutes. This is what happens when you stay patient, trust the plan, and show up every day.
We’re not done yet 💪

Iron sharpens iron I tell my clients progress isnt easy that’s why it’s important to be around likeminded people. Who will grind with you and propel you to where you want to be. You find those people and I promise you will go further than you ever thought possible.
