Vital Statistics:
- Resting Heart Rate
- Blood Pressure
- Height/Weight

Body Composition:
- Jackson & Pollock 3 Pinch Test (Skinfold)

Flexibility:
- Sit-and-Reach Hip Flexion

Cardiovascular Fitness:
- 3 Minute Step Test
- YMCA Bike Test

Muscular Endurance:
- Push-up test
- Partial Curl-up Test

DID YOU KNOW? The Body Shop partnered up with CYBEX and they replaced our out-dated equipment with nearly $140,000 worth of top-notch equipment for use in the Body Shop! Including:
- 10 new cardio training machines (Arc Trainers, treadmills, and bikes)
- 12 new resistance training machines
