Get To Know Our COO! *And let's help get her back into the 757 more- read this entire post to find out how we can help her!*
Most of you know Amber as one of the ones that was behind the scenes to help get Vertex Performance going many years ago and helped lay some of the foundation with her behind the scenes knowledge to get Vertex where it is today. Currently, she still helps plan our programs, evaluates the needs in the area, and assists with the business aspect of things.
During our beginning stages, Amber was a little more available as she somehow found a way to fit in Vertex while at her 8a-5p and then was going home and still working 5p-11p with Vertex!
A little over three years ago, Amber accepted a different career in which she felt that God had directed her path. A lot of what she experienced in her personal life with many ups and downs and different struggles with her personal life, led her to become a Recruiter for Labormax Staffing to help others find a job that they love and since then she has been able to move up in the company to Branch Manager for the past two years! And right now, her team is one of the top three branches in their entire company as they understand the importance of vetting and finding the right fits for their partner's needs!
