Black Eagle Martial Arts Our goal is the development of the mind, body and spirit through training in the martial arts.

Run by Master David Carr, who currently holds a 1st degree black belt in Kum Do, 5th dan in Tae Kwon Do, 3rd in Karate, 8th Dan in Hapkido and Han Mu Do.
