TFL Rockland loves collaborating with Warming Hearts of Rockland!

After tennis yesterday the ladies assembled care packages to be distributed to patients receiving chemotherapy at Montefiore Nyack Hospital 💕

Tennis for Life encourages breast cancer survivors to join the tennis program at Match Point Tennis Club in Orangeburg, NY (or if you are in NJ, come to Ridgewood Racquet Club in Ridgewood, NJ). All levels, especially beginners, are welcome!

Several TFL members spent last weekend at this fantastic tennis camp, working on our tennis skills and enjoying great food and friendship.
