It’s calming; stretches & lengthens the hamstrings, calves, and spine.
Head relaxed. Jaw soft, knees bent as much as you need them to be. 5 deep breaths.

I was super honored to be a part of Christina Phipps Foundation. The Christina Phipps Foundation provides free oncology yoga classes at hospitals and other healthcare facilities, community centers, and yoga studios, led by CPF-certified instructors.
