🤔 What if the pain, tightness, stiffness, or limited mobility you’ve learned to live with isn’t something you just have to accept?
Maybe you’ve noticed your neck and shoulders are constantly tight. Maybe your low back always seems to bother you. Maybe you train hard but certain movements just don’t feel right anymore. Or maybe you simply want to take better care of your body BEFORE those little aches become bigger problems.
💆♂️ That’s where my approach to massage therapy comes in.
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer specializing in therapeutic, sports, and movement-focused bodywork. My goal isn’t simply to help you relax for an hour. I want to understand WHY your body is moving and feeling the way it does, then use the appropriate techniques to help improve tissue quality, mobility, recovery, and overall function.
👐 Some of the modalities and services I offer include:
✋🏼 MFR
🩹 Taping
🔥 Cupping
🪨 Scraping
🤸🏼 Stretching
💪🏼 Deep Tissue
🎯 Triggerpoint
🦴 Myoskeletal Realignment
🎓 Continuing Education Courses
One of the things that makes my approach to massage a little different is that my understanding of movement actually started with PERSONAL TRAINING.
🏋️ I’ve been working as a personal trainer since 2009, long before becoming a massage therapist. Years of studying strength, movement, biomechanics, mobility, posture, muscular compensation, and exercise gave me a foundation for looking at the body as a complete MOVEMENT SYSTEM.
That perspective carried directly into my massage practice.
Massage doesn’t have to be something you wait to get until you hurt. 💡 Therapeutic bodywork can be part of your preventative care, recovery, mobility work, and general body maintenance.
And sometimes massage is only one piece of the puzzle.
That’s where TRAINING comes in. 👇
🏋️♂️ Corrective exercise isn’t just for injured people, professional athletes, older adults, or people who are “out of shape.”
Corrective exercise is for EVERYONE.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re 25 or 65, stepping into a gym for the first time or you’ve been lifting for 20 years. We all develop movement habits, mobility restrictions, strength imbalances, compensation patterns, and areas that could function better.
My training services can focus on:
🔥 Fat Loss
⚖️ Weight Loss
🔔 Kettle Bells
🧱 Core Stability
💪 Strength Training
🤸 Functional Mobility
🧍 Posture Correction
📱 Online Programming
🔧 Corrective Exercise
And personal training isn’t the high-tax-bracket commodity it was once perceived to be.
You don’t have to be wealthy, a celebrity, or an elite athlete to benefit from having a professional help you understand your body and train intelligently.
🚀 Maybe you need someone to help JUMP START your transformation.
📈 Maybe you’ve been training consistently but have hit a PLATEAU.
🧭 Maybe you know where you want to go, but you’re not sure how to get there.
🦵 Maybe certain exercises hurt or never seem to feel quite right.
🏋️ Or maybe you simply want to learn safer, smarter, and more efficient movement patterns so you can continue doing the things you love for years to come.
That’s what a trainer should help you do.
My goal isn’t to make you dependent on me. It’s to teach you how your body moves, help you build strength and confidence, and give you the tools you need to keep progressing.

The psoas is one of the body’s primary hip flexors, but its influence extends well beyond simply lifting the leg.
When the psoas becomes overly tense, restricted, or dysfunctional, it may contribute to altered hip and pelvic mechanics and compensation patterns that can be associated with low-back discomfort, hip or groin tension, restricted movement, and difficulty maintaining comfortable posture.
In this video, I’m performing a manual psoas release, using targeted hands-on work to address tension and improve soft-tissue mobility in the area.
The psoas is a deep muscle located near important structures, so this is not something that should be aggressively pressed or attempted without proper knowledge of the anatomy. Always consult with a qualified healthcare or movement professional to determine what may actually be contributing to your symptoms.

Struggling to achieve a full-depth squat? Your knees and hips may not be the limiting factor. Often, the missing piece is at the ankle.
Adequate ankle dorsiflexion allows the knees to travel forward over the toes while the heels stay planted, helping you maintain balance and a more upright torso as you descend. When dorsiflexion is restricted, the body has to compensate, often by lifting the heels, collapsing forward, turning the feet excessively outward, or cutting the squat short.
Hip mobility, anatomy, strength, and motor control still matter, but improving ankle dorsiflexion can make a dramatic difference in squat depth and quality.

Healthy shoulders depend on more than just the muscles you can see. Proper function of the subscapularis, serratus anterior, and pectoralis minor plays an important role in shoulder stability, scapular movement, posture, and overall neck and shoulder mechanics.
When these muscles become tight, overactive, or restricted, they can contribute to altered movement and compensation patterns throughout the shoulder girdle and neck. A skilled Licensed Massage Therapist can assess these patterns and use targeted soft-tissue work to reduce unnecessary tension, improve mobility, and help restore more efficient movement.
Sometimes where you feel the discomfort isn’t where the problem begins.
