Minilik brings a vibrant energy to everything he does. From his love of dance and music to his deep curiosity about movement and human potential. His mission as a trainer is to help you build lasting confidence in the gym, move with more intention and function, and develop the tools you need to take full ownership of your fitness journey.
With a focus on hypertrophy, strength, and power, Minilik combines technical knowledge with an approachable, engaging style that makes training both effective and empowering.
Heâs NASM-certified and will be leading a few of our group classes: including our classics like the Strength & Conditioning Cypher and Strength Unlimited. Come through, get stronger, and experience the energy he brings to the space. Welcome to the team, Minilik!
