Grateful for this one 🤍
Such a fun (and competitive) 13K out on the trails this weekend.
Spent a lot of miles in a back-and-forth with the overall male winner Definitely the kind of race that brings out your best 😊👏
Huge thank you to Tony Tonya Anthony and Event Company for putting on such an incredible event. It truly feels like a family effort, and you can feel the heart behind it from start to finish 🤍🫶
So thankful for this community and the people who show up, train together, and push each other to be better. Grateful to come away with 1st female in the 13K. It made the day even sweeter ✨
So fun seeing so many familiar faces out there too! A huge congrats to everyone who raced, especially my London Bridge crew 🙌🏼 and
Donna taking 1st and Teresa placing 3rd in the 13 mile 🔥
And honestly, some of the best moments had nothing to do with the podium! Friends finishing together, showing up for each other, and Carolyn running all the way from home just to cheer us on at the finish…That says everything 🤍
And to my husband Jack , for showing up, cheering me on, and being my biggest fan… even on your birthday. 🎂😍 I’d choose you at every finish line, every time ❤️

Such a fun morning at the Havasu Half.
Took 1st 🥇 in my age group and 2nd 🥈 female overall, and the course gave us a few unexpected “bonus miles” along the way. 😅
Grateful for strong legs, good competition, and this running community that makes getting up early for races worth it.
On to the next adventure. 🏃♀️

HYROX ✔️🔥
My first HYROX—and without a doubt the hardest race I’ve ever done, taxing every system in my body. Going from each exercise straight into a run was a completely different challenge than anything I’ve experienced in my running races. It pushed me mentally and physically in all new ways.
What made this even more special is that I used to train this way years ago when I taught my Fit Camp classes… combining running and exercises was always my favorite style of workout. So getting to experience that kind of training in a race setting was incredible. It felt like a full-circle moment.
I’m so grateful for my husband Jack and daughter Jenna .kentt being there to cheer me on—they mean everything to me ❤️
And to my daughters, Sarah .kent_ and Taylor .kent who couldn’t be there but called and texted their support… I felt you with me every step of the way 🥹
I’m incredibly thankful for my friends who encouraged me along the way, and especially Jessica 💖.tactics for getting me into this in the first place.
The HYROX experience was amazing, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.
Most of all, I’m just so grateful that my body still allows me to do hard, challenging things like this. I don’t take that for granted.
This is just the beginning.

Sometimes the best reset isn’t found in a gym — it’s found on a trail. 🏔️
Movement, sunlight, deep breaths, and time in nature can restore your mind, body, and spirit in ways no workout ever could. 🌿
This weekend’s hike at Hualapai Mountain reminded me that fitness is more than training — it’s living fully, exploring often, and finding balance. 💫

⚖️ Balance is Strength at Every Age ⚖️
Did you know that one of the biggest risk factors for falls as we age is a decline in balance? The good news: balance can be trained, just like strength or endurance.
✨ Benefits of Balance Training:
• Improves stability & coordination
• Reduces risk of falls and injuries
• Keeps you moving with confidence and independence
It’s never too early—or too late—to start. Even simple moves, like standing on one leg while holding weights, challenge your muscles and your brain to work together.
Stay strong, stay steady, and keep moving forward. 💪
