TRX TRAINING‼️
I perform these push up position planks to strengthen my upper body and core.


Hold the push up position for 25 seconds and then perform 25 high knees to really engage your core.
I usually perform 4 sets of this as part of my functional training before I start my upper body resistance training (weight lifting)

-Dumbbell Row -Lay Pull Down
-Deadlifts

Rear Delt flys w/ lower body stabilized on hypertension machine.


Start with the dumbbells together in front of you and make sure you feel the stretch in the middle of your back. Squeeze your back and pull your elbows back. Imagine your trying to make your rear shoulders touch.


Perform 3 sets of 15 reps @ a intensity level of 8/10. Your sure to feel the burn.
