Most people think rice is just carbs…
But how you cook it changes everything.
Here’s a simple trick:
Cook your rice → let it cool → then reheat it.
Why this works:
When rice cools, some of the starch turns into
resistant starch.
This type of starch acts more like fiber
and is digested more slowly.
Which means:
• Lower blood sugar spikes
• Better digestion
• More stable energy
And yes…
Reheating doesn’t remove this benefit.
So your leftover rice can actually work in your favor.
Not magic.
But a smarter way to eat the same food.
