When it comes to fitness goals, one of the most important things is to have a deadline.
Kent, at 58 years old, wanted to get in his best shape for a fitness photo shoot. We set a goal for 3 months down the road and he came in looking absolutely phenomenal! 💪🏼

I know I know I sometimes half hear you (I mute like 10% of your reminders about the Ab routine 😂😂) but in all honesty thank you for all of your energy, guidance, and knowledge as I prepared for fitness! I appreciate the fact you respect what I want it terms of workouts and nutrition and take into consideration that all body’s are so different. "It really is crazy to think about a year ago I was the man to the left. I was overweight, out of breathe and only getting heavier. At 240 lbs, I had enough. I was unhappy with alot of things and it took a couple major events to make me realize I needed to get healthier. So I started with my weight and worked up to my mind. Now I sit at 30lbs less but still have alot to get mentally and physically. I'm doing it day to day even in the tough times!
