Your workouts may look THE SAME from week to week. ‼️
That’s okay. You don’t need to switch up your movements often to keep progressing. Consistency is king in this fitness thing. Before you change up a routine or your exercises, keep at it for at least a month.
In my experience doing the same movements week to week can yield great results. (Given you are progressively overloading)
The gym is just a way to execute on the other factors and inputs you give:
✅ consistent sleep
✅ consistent clean eating
✅ consistent water + electrolytes
✅ consistent cardio
Think about this next time you get an impulse to jump on the next greatest split or routine. There is nothing new under the sun. Just get in the gym and get after it. Time after time after time!

but so is consistently feeling terrible physically and mentally. so is low self esteem.

Way back Wednesday 🤯
I was recently thinking about what it take for me to get shredded. I was reminded of the commitment to consistency.
It seems everyone wants an quick route to getting in shape. The secret (and it’s really no secret) is to be consistent with your efforts. Eliminate the variables.
Consistent areas:
✅ Food
✅ Sleep
✅ Hydration
✅ Training
✅ Cardio
