My grandfather’s mom homesteaded as a single woman in 1912, 2 years after her husband died suddenly. She did it with her 4 children Chris (6), Sara (4), Elizabeth (4) and Norman (3). My son, Max, and I got this very special golden retriever in October. He is a lot of work, as all puppies are, but he more than makes up for it with the joy he brings the both of us and all that encounter this special, furry guy. Max and I both very dearly miss our golden, Berry, who passed away in July, but Freddy has already created new space in our hearts💕
