A successful two day Yoga & Hiking event at the Adero Scottsdale. It's passionate people like this that uplift my soul. And I am filled with renewed appreciation for the team at Desert Breeze Yoga.

Lisa Goldman provided Shine Dance with outstanding service booking the event. She also combed through every detail before the event day, ensuring nothing could go wrong!

Maria Kalamas embraced her role as hiking guide and thoroughly researched information the week before! Then she provided an amazing sound bath class.

Vanessa Siren was an absolute treat. 6 feet of bubbly fun energy, Vanessa provided the dancers with a much needed stretching and Nidra relaxation session. And, as usual, took her role as photographer extremely seriously for the sunrise hike!

And Dustin Stalling was the mat muscle 💪Loading and hauling 80 - 90 yoga mats in his truck across town in a heat wave. Then laying them down, cleaning and rolling them back up again - 2 days in a row!

Taught my first Water Yoga Class last week, and it was awesome! I truelly believe water is healing. Adding the element of water to yoga poses created a beautiful zen feeling. We stretched, flowed and moved (seaweed-asana). And one of the kids said afterwards "I never liked yoga before, but this was the best yoga class!"

3 Mornings of Yoga and Barre with this family vacationing in Scottsdale this week. Today was a family Barre Class. My hearts still pounding from the workout 😆

Donna discovered Yoga in 2006, and it perfectly complemented the other sports in her life, and her career in online marketing. Donna became yoga certified in 2015, at Arizona’s Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA).

Donna has now done over 600 hours of yoga teacher training and she continues to take additional advanced teacher training courses every year. As Donna began teaching private yoga classes, she found a more therapeutic approach to yoga was often required for her students. Donna also learned that many corporate students need stress and pain relief, along with patience/care for their unique body type and fitness level. Additionally, many people who spend many hours sitting at a desk or on a plane, can really benefit from Donna’s teaching style.

Thanks to over 3 years working for this awesome company! They had me teaching at the offices of Square / Weebly pre-pandemic. And then online for a bunch of other companies around the nation (to their satellite offices around the glode!) Truly blessed for the work they provide me with!
