We hear you Suffolk, and Virginia Beach!!!

We hear you!!

And please understand we are working on it and PRAYING on it.

Opening a 1-on-1 center or commerical size gym in those areas to meet the needs of the community, especially for those who drive 30 minutes to 1hr to a gym location, and military; Is on our planning board.

But please understand with the vision board comes the cost of equipment, security, location, etc.

The more support we can get at our Norfolk location the more our feet will start moving towards opening a location between those 2 location.

How can you help... iBeast University LLC will never turn down donations. Rather equipment, money, or personal training. The more you help us, in our first location the more WE can add and grow bigger.

Spread the word about us. Support us. Come get training. Use on your postings.

The heart of our movement is meeting you where you are. And give back to our community.

The dream is only a process. Waking up is when it become reality!

So We hear you!

Not saying that I am giving up...

just walking away til my 45th birthday.

Then i will be retiring fully from the bodybuilding and powerlfiting world.

The powerlifting community is looking to be the same at 50.

Just to want to help others experience the love, dedication that i have gotten for 30 years in this dream.

Focusing on building more iBeast Universities and training centers that are really focused on REAL RESULTS and REAL TRAINING AND NUTRITION.

Thats what iBeast University is standing on and have been since day 1.

Whats makes my fitness belief works... well thats the answer you will have to come and find out about. 😉

So here is my last flex...
