Honored to finally meet my Changquan teacher, Han Jixiang, in person today and get some incredible training in. I started the morning with Liangong Shibafa, followed by Yin Style Baguazhang with Marc and Simon; and then dug deep into Changquan with Master Han. Grateful for the time, insight, and refinement.
Eight hours of training today—and we’re just getting started.
