CHEAT meals only lead to BINGE weekends.

It’s time to stop having this “all or nothing” mindset.

Sustainable results come from consistent actions.

And it’s easier to be consistent when you give yourself the flexibility to eat a little pizza or ice cream along side salads, lean protein, and fruit.

Stop restricting yourself and start eating in moderation.

Do it for the 🌈

And eat your way through the week.

The best way to feel good and look good is to eat a balanced diet, full of lots of vegetables.

All the colors of the rainbow, in their natural state.

I do what I can to eat them all - eating at least one veggie that's red, orange, yellow, green, blue or purple every day.

Eating more veggies not only helps you get in the micronutrients your body needs on a daily basis…

BUT also makes you feel more full for longer periods of time aiding in weight loss!

So eat the rainbow and make your stomach proud! 🌈

Keep it moving...

Even when you run out of time.

I don’t have time to train all day.

I have an incredibly busy schedule and the key to making it work is time management.

It's hard but worth it.

In between a busy day at work, I squeeze in workouts at home.

I also practice different kinds of mobility work at night whenever possible.

So during the workweek, my training is split up into short sessions.

It’s important to me to keep moving, even in short bursts throughout the day.

There’s really no excuse not to train
