We're looking to fill a full-time Counter Sales/Customer Service Representative position at our company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting or transferring them to the appropriate department according to their needs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping customers, and is also detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

-Answer the phone, address the caller's needs, and record call information.
-Answer questions about products and services, ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely fashion and to the best of your ability.
-Demonstrate a high level of knowledge about products and services, as well as competitor offerings; and be able to succinctly convey this information to customers.
-Be polite and respectful to all customers.
-Arrive at work on time and be dressed appropriately for the job.
-Accurately process payments and charge accounts in accordance with bank policy.
-Prior experience using Sage, quickbooks or similar accounting / -ERP software
-Order entry and fulfillment
-Shipping
-Inventory control
-Sales
-Be a team player
