Another great night at The Mat Club with Coach Jason Cook & Coach Sean McMurray!
Our Littles worked on stance, head position, shot/reshot, situations, and live wrestling — finishing with relay races, wall walks, and pushups. Great group that keeps getting better!
Our Bigs, representing 5 Porter County high schools, worked on the same fundamentals, battled through live goes, and finished with a tough Shark Tank, wall walks, and pushups.
Phenomenal groups tonight. Everyone is getting better!
