NEW FREE CLASS: Pelvic floor exercises are highly important because they actively support the bladder, bowels, and uterus. They are crucial for maintaining core stability, preventing incontinence, improving sexual function, and preventing conditions like pelvic organ prolapse.

MadDog Fitness is excited to announce that we are partnering with Spardha Sharma from Physical Therapy Solutions to offer three FREE small group classes focused on your pelvic floor!

Feel sooo lucky to have been able to continue to move throughout my pregnancy and fill my body with endorphins, energy, strength and power. For me exercise makes me feel so happy and makes me feel like me, I’ve never been more grateful for my body being able to move + grow my little baby too!
Don’t get me wrong, training throughout pregnancy is 100% NOT for everyone - it’ll depend on your symptoms(mornings are better for me LOL..🤢!)

If you can and you WANT to, keep going and keep moving that body mama💪
