Calling all strength athletes! We are two brother with a combined 40 years of strength coaching.

This is one of my favorite deadlift warmups. I like the full body warm up and the carry over to my deadlifts. I play with the technique, reps, and sets.

Typical set rep range

2-5 sets
2-8 reps

These all depend on how heavy my deadlifts are for the day and how fatigued I am from heavy squats.
