Earned this last weekend in Seattle/ Tacoma; 16 hours of nonstop drills and calisthenics. This was tougher than any martial art rank test I've ever taken. Only silver and gold to go.

Phase 1 of the home gym, with much more to come. (Full set of dumbbells, alot more weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, slam balls, .....)It's funny, since becoming a personal trainer, I'm lucky if i can work out twice a week. Initially intended as a part-time gig, it has evolved into another full-time job, encompassing building workouts for clients, launching K Watt Fitness, and maintaining daily learning to continue earning trust of my clients. As we age, our biggest goal is to stay independent, active, and healthy. But there are a few key threats that can slowly take that away β unless we take action.
