GREAT NECK STRETCHES
1) Look up at the night sky; notice the stars, constellations, the moon. Think that someone 3 hours ahead is looking at that same moon and know you are connected. Make a wish on a falling star.
2) Look up at the day sky; notice the sunrise, the sunset, the blue sky splattered with clouds that vaporize into angels or skeletons or both depending on your mood.
3) Look up at the tree branches that give you shade; notice the cocoon, the spider web with dew, the bird's nest, the budding sprout. It is full of life.
4) Look up! What have you noticed today?
