I’ve rewritten this post more times than I can count because somehow, words don’t feel big enough for what this next chapter means to me.

After much prayer, reflection, growth, and a whole lot of trusting God, I’m closing the doors to Elite Rehab & Conditioning and stepping into something new.

Welcome to Grit & Grace Bodywork. 🤎

Elite Rehab will always hold a special place in my heart. It was such an important part of my journey. It gave me the opportunity to learn, grow, make mistakes, find confidence, serve incredible people and animals, and discover just how deeply I love this work.

But somewhere along the way, God began changing my perspective on what this work could really be.

I started to realize this was never just about muscles, fascia, movement, or helping a body function better.

It was about deeper connection.

It was about meeting someone in a hard place and helping them to feel seen, understood, and hopeful that their body could feel better.

And the more I learned, the more I realized that the things I’ve experienced personally—the hard seasons, the challenges, the things that have forced me to slow down and listen to my own body—weren’t wasted. They taught me the strength to keep showing up, the humility to surrender, and the faith to trust God with what comes next.

God has a way of taking the pieces of our lives that we don’t understand and weaving them into something purposeful.

I want to keep growing.
I want to keep showing up for the people who trust me with their stories and their bodies.
I want to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.

Most of all, I want the work I do to reflect the One who gave me the ability to do it.

That is where Grit & Grace came from.

Because healing takes grit.
But healing also takes grace.

I’ve learned that I don’t have to have every answer before I take the next step.
I just have to trust the One leading me.

So goodbye, Elite Rehab & Conditioning. 🤎

Thank you for the lessons, the people, the animals, the challenges, the friendships, and every opportunity that brought me here. You will always be part of my story.

And hello, Grit & Grace 🤎🕊️

A new name.
A new chapter.
A deeper purpose.

With much love, Kylee Betts ❤️

🐴💊 **BUTE vs. BANAMINE: WHICH ONE WHEN?**

They’re probably two of the best known medications in the horse world. Both relieve pain and inflammation, but they aren’t necessarily the first choice for the same problems.

Here’s an easy barn trick for remembering the difference:
🦴 BUTE = BONES, JOINTS & FEET
🤢 BANAMINE = BELLY & FEVER

🦴 BUTE | Phenylbutazone: Think musculoskeletal pain and inflammation. Bute is commonly used for things like arthritis, hoof pain, laminitis, strains, soreness, and other causes of lameness. If your horse hurts when he MOVES, your veterinarian may reach for BUTE.

🤢 BANAMINE | Flunixin Meglumine: Think visceral pain, meaning pain coming from the internal organs. Banamine is especially useful for **colic and abdominal pain** and is also commonly used for fever and inflammation associated with systemic illness. If your horse hurts in his GUT, your veterinarian may reach for BANAMINE.

🐴 BUT WAIT...
Bute doesn't have a GPS programmed for the legs, and Banamine doesn't magically drive straight to the intestines. 😂

Both are systemic NSAIDs, and both can reduce pain and inflammation throughout the body. There’s plenty of overlap. The difference is that each has situations where veterinary evidence and experience make it a more logical first choice.

⚠️ DON’T STACK THEM. Giving Bute and Banamine together can increase the risk of ulcers, intestinal injury, and kidney damage.

⚠️ Banamine may make a horse with a serious intestinal problem appear much more comfortable temporarily. If the pain returns, breaks through the medication, or your horse continues showing colic signs, call your veterinarian.

🦴 My horse hurts when he MOVES. Think BUTE.
🤢 My horse hurts in his GUT. Think BANAMINE.
🤷 I don't know WHY my horse hurts. Think VET. ☎️

And remember, pain relief isn't the same thing as fixing the problem.

BOOKS ARE FULL FOR 2026 🤎

My books are officially full and closed for the remainder of 2026.

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me this year—with themselves, their horses, their goals, their healing, and the things they love most.

It is never lost on me what a privilege it is to be welcomed into someone’s journey. Whether I’m working with a horse, a human, or both, I’m continually humbled by the trust you place in me.

Thank you for believing in me, supporting this little dream, and allowing me to do work that I truly love.

I’m so grateful for every relationship, every story, every breakthrough, and every opportunity to help create a little more ease, balance, and connection.

This business has grown in ways I could have only hoped for, and I don’t take a single part of it for granted. This announcement comes from a place of humility and grace, while I will not be accepting new clients or rehabs at this time, it will give me more quality time for my current clients needs ❤️

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. 🤎

Here’s to continued healing, growth, and good things ahead.

With so much gratitude,
Kylee

Ortho-Bionomy® is a very effective method of releasing trigger points which cause over 80% of the body pain we experience. Releasing a trigger point with direct pressure is helpful but changing the underlying patterns of muscle, fascia and joints is the long term solution that avoids the return of trigger points and allows for the restoration of natural balance.
