"I want to look the best I ever have by the time I hit 50"
đCelebrating the best transformations of 2023 đ
This was what Kyra said to me 9 months before her 50th birthday (yes, I did say 50 đ)
I met Kyra through Obstacle Course Racing. Iâd always known her as this happy go lucky, caring, and balanced womanâ¤ď¸
That person you see who always has a smile on her face and words of encouragement
But when Kyra said she wanted to join our programme, it wasnât the Kyra I had known
In November 2021 Kyra went through a loss of a close friend
Loss is painful
We all cope in different ways
For some itâs alcohol, for others itâs not leaving your bedroom for weeks, and for some itâs pretending it didnât happen
But rarely does it mean prioritising yourself and putting yourself first
đ¤Processing takes time
The hurt never leaves, but the waves of it become less frequent
đ¤And we start to remember the good
đ¤We start to be able to take control again
And this is where Kyra was
đShe wanted to take back control
đShe wanted to lose the weight she had gained
đAnd I specifically remembering her telling me (a fair few timesđ) that she wanted to be a size 10 again before she hit 50
So we got to work
đŞWe worked together on creating workouts she could do at home
đ§ââď¸Managing stress
đAnd balancing food so she could still enjoy her weekends away with her partner at races
đĽShe got stronger mentally
đĽShe got stronger physically
đĽShe lost inches
đĽShe lost lbs
And with this added confidence (and for some extra motivation) she signed up for our photoshoot
By the time Kyra hit 50 she had lost 14lbs, then lost another 8lbs in the next 2 months
đ¤Ż22lbs and 17 inches in total
She looks absolutely fantastic and I am so proud of her for committing and pushing herself
I know her friend would have been so proud of her too
â¨ď¸That twinkle is back in Kyraâs eye, and even at 50, when lots of women have decided that itâs IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight now, Kyra has proven that no matter what your age, you CAN get a body you love

When women reverse diet, they are nervous
and honestly, who wouldnât be?
I told Beth weâd be doing less steps, cutting out cardio entirely, focusing only on weights, and eating a lot more... double what she was used to
You can imagine her reaction
âAre you sure about this?â sheâd message me
âWhat if I just gain fat?â
It was a big leap for her, especially since everything sheâd ever been told about fitness made it sound like less food and more movement was the only way to tone up
But Beth trusted the process
She stuck to her calories, showed up for every workout, and stopped letting the scale control her mindset
And the results?
On the right, sheâs 4lbs heavier than the left
But leaner
More toned
And stronger than ever
The truth is, building muscle doesnât mean âgetting fatâ
It means fueling your body properly, training smart, and understanding that the scale is just one tool in the bigger picture
Bethâs journey is proof that with the right mindset, plan, and a little trust, you can completely transform the way you look and feel đ

This is how Catrin lost 17lbs in a month!đ¤Ż
Last Christmas Catrin had enjoyed herself a little too much and was struggling to get back on track
In the new year she was getting her workouts done no problem, but nutrition was a struggle
She found it difficult to get back into momentum
The problem was, Catrin wasnât unhappy with her body
(Doesnât sound like a problem right?)
But if youâre not unhappy, itâs easy to stay where you are
Itâs easy to not make the harder choices
And although she wasnât unhappy, she wasnât happy with her body either
She knew she was capable of more
For some people, knowing you are capable of more, but not doing it, is worse than being unhappy
It means youâre choosing to stay in a position where you are not happy
Especially for people with high standards across their life
đŻCatrin is the kind of person who likes to challenge herself
She signed up for our photoshoot
But even with the shoot approaching, Catrin was still eyeballing her nutrition and guesstimating her portions.
5 weeks out, we gave her a game plan, and hereâs exactly what helped her drop 17lbs:
âĄď¸ Limited processed foods â Less bloat, more energy
âĄď¸ Focused carbs from fruit & veg â Cutting pasta was a game changer
âĄď¸ Daily steps â Movement matters more than just workouts
âĄď¸ Tweaked her programme â Added cardio to push results in the final stretch
The result? Catrin hit her goal, built confidence, and proved to herself she could commit.
Struggling to get back on track after Christmas? Comment âmomentumâ and weâll add you to our secret January programme waitlist!

2024 taught you a lot, didnât it?
You started the year fired up with big goals, determined to make this the year everything clickedâŚ
But somewhere along the way, life happened.
The same habits, mindsets, and strategies that should have worked?
They didnât.
Hereâs the truth:
What youâre leaving behind in 2024 will define how you grow in 2025.
If you want to make real moves through 2025, leave these 5 things behind:
1ď¸âŁ Chasing the scale like itâs the only measure of success. Spoiler: Itâs not. Focus on strength, energy, and confidence instead
2ď¸âŁ Comparing yourself to who you were 10 years agoâor who someone else is now. Your life, your body, your goals? Theyâre yours, and they need a plan that works for you
3ď¸âŁ Letting perfectionism ruin your progress the second life gets messy. Missed a workout? Ate pizza? Good. Welcome to being human
4ď¸âŁ Putting everyone else first and running yourself into the ground. You donât need to set yourself on fire to keep others warm
5ď¸âŁ Telling yourself âI should be able to figure this out alone.â High performers know when to ask for helpâitâs how they win faster
Because Iâve realized the hard way: if you keep doing the same things, youâll keep getting the same results.
2025 isnât about playing small or falling back into the same cycles.
Itâs about leaving behind whatâs been holding you back, stepping into the version of YOU who isnât afraid to aim higher, and finally doing the damn thing
So, tell me this:
What are YOU leaving behind in 2024?
And what are you ready to go all in on for 2025?
Drop it in the comments đ

Cardio doesnât make you toned
When Jenna joined us, she wasnât confident
Most people would say she had nothing to NOT feel confident about
But confidence isn't always reflected on the outside
She wasn't happy with her body
She wanted to tone up
Like so many women, she thought the secret was doing more cardio and eating less
But no matter how hard she tried, she didnât see the changes she wanted
She felt stuck
Her confidence was at low, and life wasnât making it any easier
Sheâs a full-time working mum, juggling the chaos of moving house, work deadlines, and family life
With so much stress, it would have been easy to keep putting herself last
But Jenna made a choice to prioritize herself
Not by doing more cardio or eating less but by learning how to fuel her body and build strength
We flipped her plan on its head
More food, not less
Weights, not treadmills
At first, it wasnât easy
Doubting herself and wondering if sheâd see results doing the opposite of what we are all told
But Jenna stuck with it
She showed up for herself in ways she hadnât before
Hitting her macros even on stressful days
Making it to the gym even when she wanted to skip it
And pushing herself out of her comfort zone time and time again
And it paid off
She didnât just change her body
She built confidence
Not just from how she looked but from following through on the promises she made to herself
When Jenna was at out photoshoot she was proud, strong, and radiant
The confidence she once thought sheâd never have was shining through every shot
Now, weâre onto the next chapter building more muscle and seeing just how far she can go to become the best version of herself inside and out
Jennaâs journey isnât about getting smaller itâs about stepping into her power and owning her potential
Are you ready to prioritize yourself and become the strongest version of YOU
Let's give it up for Jenna. Amazonian queen!

I felt ungrateful for not embracing a life others would love to have
I look around and see people happy and content in life
But I had never achieved that sense of complete-ness
đ¤For friends it was new clothes or new cars
đ¤For my parents it has always been the family
đ¤For colleagues it was a promotion
đ¤For some people it's the social media likes, others the chase when dating, and for some it's just trying to be better than their previous self (but really just better than others)
I think that's why I worked so hard in all areas of my life
I did everything that was supposed to make you happy
I went to uni (twice), got a car, got married, got a house, got a respectable job, got more qualifications, got a better job, worked harder, turned up at all social occasions, saved money, got into shape...but I wasn't happy
đ¤I felt ungrateful for not embracing a life others would love to have
đ¤I felt selfish for wanting more
Sure, I had periods of happiness, and periods of joy. But there was always something missing
I look back at moments that brought me joy, being at Disney with my family, Christmases with the wider family, learning things to improve my life, helping people improve theirs. But these are all memories
Since the pandemic I really slowed down. And I realise more and more who and what I have time for in my life
And you know who I've made more time for?
Me.
I have come to realise I like spending time by myself. I like challenging myself and checking in with myself
I don't have the time (or the energy) to try and make other people happy, or to sacrifice my own happiness because it doesn't fit in anyone else's plan
I started saying no to more people
Asking for support and help where I needed it
And making myself number 1 priority
âĄď¸And you know what?
Every area of my life improvedâ¨
Now I feel fulfilled
I continue to be who I want to be, with the people that build me up
Drawing boundaries that don't align with my vision
I'm going to unapologetically be me. And that's what makes me happy
Your goals and lifestyle doesn't need to be approved by others. It's your life. Be happy

For perfectionists, December feels like losing control
The holidays should feel like joy. Not regret
You push yourself all year
You set the bar high at work, at home, in everything
But when the holidays roll around, itâs like the version of you youâve worked so hard to build⌠disappears
You overindulge because âitâs only once a yearâ
You skip the gym because âthereâs no timeâ
But the person you are in December isnât the person you wanted to be in January
And that feeling? Frustrating. Exhausting. Defeating
There's so much food and drink around it's hard to ignore
You've convinced yourself that Christmas is ALL about overeating and getting a bit too merry
And you're either binging on Celebrations in the staff room, or trying to burn off the drinks from the weekend on the treadmill
But hereâs what Iâve learned about perfectionists like us:
It doesnât have to be all or nothing
You can enjoy the holidays without losing yourself in them
You can be present with the people you love without feeling guilty
And you can show up for yourself, without overdoing it
It's a great time to work on your relationship with food
AND that all or nothing mindset you keep diagnosing yourself with
This page is for women who want both:
To enjoy the season and feel strong, confident, and proud of themselves heading into the new year
Want to have more balance, in December and less regret in January? Drop a đ below
Youâre not doing it alone

When I first started my weight loss journey, I was SO strict
I ate as little as possible
I trained as much as possible
I hardly slept up at 4:30 every day no matter what for the gym
I hit my protein like my life depended on it
And yes, I was losing weight
But I was also losing something else
My life
I was missing out on things Iâll never be able to get back
Nights out with friends
Dinners with extended family
Moments that couldâve been memories
I was so focused on doing everything âperfectlyâ that I didnât stop to ask myself what the cost was
Because whatâs the point of losing weight if youâre losing your life in the process?
It took me years to find a balance
To realize that progress doesnât require perfection
To understand that living a healthy life means actually living
Now, I eat foods I love without guilt
I move my body in ways that make me feel good
I hit my goals while still showing up for the moments that matter most
If youâre stuck in the all-or-nothing mindset, take this as your reminder
Your journey isnât just about the destination, itâs about how you live along the way

"I didnât take any pictures on my last family holiday⌠đđľ"
Emily told me this after missing out on memories she wished she could keep forever. But fast forward 6+ months, and sheâs transformed her confidence, her body, and her life! đ
Now, Emily is 24lbs lighter, rocking her bikini with pride, and counting down the days to her next family holidayâready to jump into every photo. đ¸â¨
Hereâs how she did it (and how you can too):
đŹ When Emily came to me, she was feeling stuckâfrustrated by the scales, struggling to lose weight after her son was born, and unmotivated.
đ The first thing we did was actually increase her food intake to help her feel fuller, stay consistent, and stop the cycle of âgood all week, struggle on weekends.â
đ We built a nutrition plan that worked for her, making sure she could still enjoy family meals (no separate dinners here!).
đ I checked in weekly and adjusted her plan as neededâespecially for weekends or special occasions.
đĽ The results?
12cm gone from her waist
Pre-baby weight achieved
Confidence through the roofâbikini-ready and loving her body again
Emily didnât have to give up her favorite foods, and more importantly, sheâs turned this into a lifestyle she can stick with.
If youâre feeling stuck and want 2025 to be the year you finally see results that last, DM me or comment 2025 below to grab your spot! Letâs make it happen. đŞ
