BOLTS filled the pool this am and got to witness a beautiful sunrise during warmups. Tomorrow we're back in the ocean for another open water swim!

Some of BOLTS' ladies have been busy swimming the last 2 days! Yesterday we went for a mile ocean swim, and today we were back in the pool!

BOLTS started the am with our 2nd Annual BOLTS Masters Swim to the Wreck!

BOLTS 2nd Annual Swim to the Wreck was a phenomenal way to start the day! 6 swimmers, 2 paddle boarders and 2 kayakers represented BOLTS for a 1.4 mile round trip swim to the SS Breconshire!

BOLTS Masters celebrated Independence Day a little early with the Firecracker 400 snake swim, 250s set, and FUN relays! We're all excited about Saturday's Swim to the Wreck!

6 BOLTS ROCKED the Aaron Vaughn Frogman Swim & Run this am! Placing in top 3 of their age group: Ken 1st in 1K swim (last year he got 1st in 5K swim!), Ann 1 1st in 10K run with a broken shoulder; Cierra 2nd in 200M swim; and Karen 2nd in 1K swim. Katie placed 5th & Anne 2 earned 12th while both beat their goal times! We ALL had a BLAST!

Our new cold plunge is keeping us cool during these warm mornings. It is also Katie Knowles approved! Come & join us on M, W, F mornings.
