We just un-boxed our new Omron-TM Collaborative Robot. Out of the box it comes with an integrated 5 MP color machine vision camera. It's controller is small (pictured under the monitor) you can plug in an HDMI monitor, USB keyboard & mouse directly into the controller. The programming software is resident on the controller, or you can install the software on your laptop and program it via Ethernet.... Out of the box it supports EtherCAT and Modbus TCP-IP protocols.....more to come as we get up to speed on it.
