They bought several $19 fold-up tables to use as desks and assembled an experienced team of executives who shared their vision. The rest is history and the results have been extraordinary. Today, our existing customer relationships are managed by a well-trained, US-based Customer Care center. Our representatives use BlueNet™, a proprietary integrated customer management and billing system designed by the IT team at Ambit. BlueNet™ manages all aspects of the customer life-cycle, from the utility transactions that take place between customers and transmission providers to Web-based account management tools, to billing and collections.
